The ADR Machine Operator B3C is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of sorting and defect removal equipment within the production line. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product quality standards by optimizing equipment performance and monitoring production flow to meet or exceed defect and sizing specifications. Based at our Burley, Idaho facility, this position supports high-volume food manufacturing operations in a safety-first environment.
What You'll Be Doing.
- Operate production defect control and sorting equipment
- Adjust machinery as needed to accommodate product cut changes
- Perform cleanup activities for equipment and surrounding work areas
- Train and oversee cleanup personnel, including general and weekend teams as directed by Production Supervisor
- Collect product samples and inspect for quality and machine efficiency
- Monitor line flow volumes and ensure proper sizing of production output
- Accurately input data into computer tracking systems
