The Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Senior Manager will lead cross‑functional planning processes to align demand, supply, and financial objectives across the organization. This role is critical to enabling decision velocity, scenario-based planning, and executive‑level tradeoff recommendations in a complex, global supply environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead the monthly S&OP / IBP cycle in partnership with BUs, Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, and Engineering/Product teams.
Drive consensus-based decision making through data-driven insights and scenarios.
Own demand/supply balancing, allocation, gap identification, and mitigation strategies.
Develop executive-ready materials highlighting risks, opportunities, and tradeoffs.
Enable planning agility through automation, analytics, and planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis).
Mentor and develop planners; help shape planning standards and best practices.
Lead and manage a team of analysts/planners by setting clear goals & monitoring performance.
Using AI to improve processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, S&OP, IBP or Planning Systems.
Proven experience leading cross-functional planning forums.
Strong analytical, storytelling, and executive communication skills.
Demonstrated problem solving and cross functional collaboration skills.
Ability to evaluate trade-off and make decision in uncertain environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in semiconductor, high-tech, or complex global manufacturing environments.
Master’s Degree in Supply chain, Engineering, Business or related field.
Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar tools.

As a Design Validation Product Engineer on High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) technology you will be tasked with developing next-generation HBM products. Product Engineers are a key interface between Design, Manufacturing, Test, and Quality internal departments as well as external customers. We take ownership of HBM products; starting at the Design phase, through initial bring-up, qualification, and into volume production. The seniority level offered will be based on a combination of experience and education.
In HBM HIG or equivalent experience (High Bandwidth Memory, Heterogeneous Integration Group), we innovate and integrate end-to-end groundbreaking front-end and backend processes with groundbreaking design, debugging various tests, and qualification techniques to develop the lowest power per bit solutions to improve customer experience in the field of ML (Machine Learning) and AI. The success of a sophisticated product such as HBM relies vastly on vertical integration and the various engineering working in unison. To provide greater detail, our HBM technology pertains to stacking numbers of DRAM chips along with a logic chip within one package through an assembly technology called TSV (Through Silicon Via). This greatly increases the memory density in a package, while allowing very high-speed signal transmission. Furthermore, “high bandwidth”; is an outstanding memory design area where custom gate-level design and RTL style logic design are blended into the same product, and most of the DDR or LPDDR design is based on the gate-level design only. Lastly, verification and testing (validation) of HBM is the most ambitious due to the total size of the design and complexity of the functions, and in addition to craft, many innovations are needed for verification and validation of the HBM product, thereby making it uniquely exciting.

Your job duties will include understanding the JEDEC specifications for HBM.
Understanding and crafting internal architecture documentation, and schematic & layout knowledge of our builds
You will perform silicon validation of our HBM designs and address problems through hardware and software debugging in the lab, circuit simulations, and data analysis
Communication and collaboration with your PE team as well as other multi-functional teams will be crucial to your success
Contribute to continuous improvement of validation methodologies and workflows.
Minimum Qualifications:

As a Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) Technician, you’ll support our project teams in the development and coordination of construction deliverables derived from 3D models. You’ll be responsible for interpreting design drawings within a 3D environment, preparing fabrication and installation drawings, and supporting field teams through model-based workflows. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to grow within a fast-paced construction and VDC environment. Work hours are 5:30am to 2:30pm Monday-Friday (with potential of overtime as needed).
