Questions

How does verification work?

Sign in, open your page and press Claim this page. The form asks for your name, your role and your work email; where the listing has its own website, we compare the email's domain with it. Stay hosts add a link to their listing account or property management page and a phone number. Realtors add their Idaho license number and brokerage. A person reviews every claim, and each page has one approved representative.

How long does it take?

Claims are reviewed by hand, so approval is not instant. Until then the button on your page reads Claim pending. Once approved it reads Edit page, and your dashboard opens.

Can I edit my page later?

Yes. After approval, press Edit page on your listing any time to change the description, photos, logo and contact details. Each save keeps the version it replaced.

What about shops and lessons?

Open a shop or offer a lesson first, then send the claim from your seller or teacher dashboard. It is reviewed the same way.

Someone else already claimed my page.

A page with an approved representative does not take a second claim. If that is not right, tell us through the contact form.
