We are looking for an Aggregate Foreman to join our team. As an Aggregate Foreman with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials, you will be responsible for supervising daily aggregate operations, leading production crews, and ensuring safe, efficient, and productive operations. This role oversees personnel, equipment, production activities, and material flow while making daily decisions to support operational goals and quality standards.
The Aggregate Foreman works closely with the crew and is expected to lead by example, assist with hands-on tasks when needed, and have the knowledge and ability to perform the various activities required in aggregate operations. Why apply?

About the Role
- Plan and direct operations in coordination with the Plant Manager and Operations coordinator.
- Review daily equipment inspection reports and respond accordingly.
- Monitor all plant personnel to make sure all training, safety, production and staffing needs are being met.
- Complete daily production, safety and maintenance reports accurately
- Responsible for maintaining quality of all products
