It is an opportunity to shape the future of the Civil Practice. This strategic leadership role will help strengthen technical excellence, expand and enhance service offerings, develop technical leaders, and position AE2S to meet the evolving needs of municipalities, developers, industries, and communities across our growing geographic footprint.

The Civil Practice Leader will provide leadership for a diverse portfolio of civil engineering services, including:

  • Site Civil Engineering
  • Municipal Engineering
  • Land Development,
  • Land Surveying Why This Opportunity Is Different This is not a regional role. As the Civil Practice Leader, you will:
  • Shape AE2S's national strategies on civil engineering projects
  • Expand and strengthen technical capabilities across multiple states
  • Influence project delivery across multiple states
  • Build and scale a nationally recognized practice
