Commercial Superintendent

As they expand their commercial project pipeline across the region, they're seeking an experienced Superintendent to manage site execution from mobilization through closeout. The role is hands-on by design: on-site oversight of trade partners, schedule accountability, and consistent quality and safety standards as each project advances through its phases.

• Superintendent or site-lead experience on commercial construction projects
• Proven subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and jobsite safety management
• Strong drawing and specification literacy 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
• OSHA 30 certification
• Experience with project management software such as Procore
• Background in ground-up commercial construction, office, retail, or industrial 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻:
