Summary Reporting to the E&I Supervisor, the E&I Tech is responsible for maintaining and repairing production electrical equipment and instrumentation, infrastructure and other plant components in a safe and environmentally sound manner.
The E&I Tech follows the PM schedule and completes workorders and emergent work as assigned. If required, E&I Tech will troubleshoot and complete emergent repairs as directed in order to meet plant production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Must be proficient with troubleshooting and repairing electrical instrumentation such as temperature, pressure, flow, level measurement, and flow control valves, logic controls, other equipment as required.
- Must maintain all required training prior to or no later than due date and adhere to all plant Safety Policies at all times.
- Maintains adequate safety and environmental work process controls to maintain high on time task completion and quality for maintenance work. Maintains calibrations for all applicable equipment.
