About The Role

We are seeking a Lead / Engineering Manager for our Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) team to drive the development of advanced reactor systems. In this role, you will balance technical stewardship with people leadership, guiding a high-performing engineering team in designing and implementing first-of-a-kind digital control systems for next-generation nuclear facilities. You will own the I&C roadmap from conceptual design through commissioning, mentor and grow engineering talent, and build cross-functional frameworks to pioneer safe, innovative, and compliant control solutions for advanced reactor technologies.
