Our department is laser-focused on optimizing operations to ensure flawless execution and delivering outstanding results across our global network. As a Fab Support Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will identify and execute projects that improve reliability, optimize maintenance strategies, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance across Fab Support systems, including pumps, abatement systems, chillers, and related infrastructure. You will partner closely with Tool Owners, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Facilities, and Suppliers to analyze equipment performance, resolve recurring issues, and implement sustainable improvements that support Micron's Safety, Quality, Cost, and Output objectives.
This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys data analysis, problem solving, project coordination, and driving measurable improvements across multiple equipment functions.
