Facility Water Operations Technician

Micron is seeking motivated Facilities Water Services Technicians to support wafer manufacturing by operating, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting ultrapure water and industrial waste treatment systems. In this role, you will work closely with Operations, Engineering, EHS, and Maintenance teams to ensure water systems run safely, reliably, and efficiently in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. Technicians are responsible for operating water treatment equipment, monitoring system performance, identifying abnormal conditions, and troubleshooting equipment or process issues.

Success in this role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to follow established operating procedures. Ideal candidates are comfortable using control systems, process monitoring tools, laboratory data, and computerized maintenance systems. They can accurately document system performance, communicate equipment status, and support routine, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities.
