Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment at customer sites. The role focuses on rapid troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and ensuring optimal system performance in production environments. The ideal candidate combines hands-on engineering knowledge with strong customer-facing skills and a commitment to safety and uptime.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, commission, and validate new equipment at customer facilities according to specifications and safety standards.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues through systematic troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and upgrades to maximize equipment reliability and production yield.
  • Provide timely on-site and remote technical support to customers, including phone and email assistance, diagnostics, and step-by-step guidance.
  • Document service activities, repairs, spare parts used, and customer communication in the companys service management system.
