As a Thin Films Engineer, you will develop and integrate deposition processes that directly enable Micron’s next-generation DRAM!
This role owns thin film concepts from early development through high‑volume manufacturing, with a strong focus on EUV patterning films. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners to deliver robust, scalable processes that meet aggressive technology requirements.
