ITG Communications is hiring a Foreman in Nampa,ID Purpose: The Construction Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of field crews on construction job sites. This role ensures all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. The Foreman serves as the primary on-site leader, providing direction to crews, supporting field operations, and maintaining project quality and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Supervise field crews performing fiber, utility, or underground construction work
- Assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, and adjust workforce needs as required
- Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards
- Conduct on-site inspections and quality control checks
- Report job progress, delays, and crew performance to the Project Manager
- Coordinate with subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors on site logistics
- Maintain job site organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance
- Complete daily logs, timekeeping, and material usage reports
- Lead safety briefings, enforce PPE usage, and respond to field incidents
- Train and mentor new or junior crew members in proper techniques and procedures
Requirements
