This role serves as the global subject matter expert (SME) for document control governance across Micron’s construction programs.
The position is responsible for establishing enterprise standards, driving adoption across global site teams and contractors, and ensuring alignment of document control processes within PMIS platforms, including Procore, SharePoint, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). The role is primarily focused on governance, standardization, and enablement, while retaining the ability to provide hands-on support during critical phases of project execution.
Responsibilities
- Define and govern enterprise-wide document control standards, policies, and lifecycle processes (creation, versioning, retention, archival, and disposal).
- Drive adoption and enforcement of standardized document control practices across global site teams, contractors, and partners.
- Establish and maintain naming conventions, numbering systems, templates, and document structures to ensure consistency and data integrity.
