We are seeking an experienced EHS Safety Engineer to provide enterprise-level leadership for global safety operations, performance management, governance, and strategic program execution.
This role is responsible for defining and driving the Global Health & Safety roadmap, performance framework, digital enablement strategy, and governance systems that support continuous improvement and proactive risk reduction across the organization. The person will serve as a trusted advisor and authority in safety performance management while acting as the primary interface between the Health & Safety organization and the Global EHS Program Management Office.

- Own and manage the Global Health & Safety multi-year portfolio and roadmap, including initiative prioritization, resource planning, risk management, governance, benefits tracking, and executive reporting.
