The EUV Lithography team develops and advances groundbreaking photolithography technologies that enable next-generation semiconductor products. Working at the forefront of semiconductor innovation, the team collaborates across process integration, metrology, etch, wet process, and manufacturing fields to solve complex technical challenges and drive technology scaling. Micron internships provide hands-on experience in semiconductor research and development through meaningful technical projects, mentorship from experienced engineers, and exposure to advanced manufacturing technologies.

Interns contribute directly to initiatives that support both current and future product development. As an EUV Lithography Intern, you will work on projects that support the advancement of semiconductor manufacturing technologies and next-generation memory products.
