We are hiring an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to lead residential and commercial projects in the Idaho Falls area. This is a very hands-on leadership role - you will work alongside your crew while managing daily job site operations. We offer year-round work, including snow operations during the winter months, so you can count on steady income and stability.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage a crew of 3-6 team members
  • Work hands-on daily in landscape construction projects
  • Read and interpret plans and layouts
  • Oversee and perform installation of:
  • Paver patios, walkways, and driveways
  • Retaining walls
  • Grading and drainage systems
  • Irrigation systems
  • Plantings and sod
  • Operate equipment (skid steer, mini excavator, compactors, etc.)
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
  • Maintain job site safety
  • Communicate with project managers and clients
  • Assist with snow operations during winter months
