This Opportunity WSP is currently initiating a search for a full-time, Lead Professional, Civil Engineer for our Boise, ID office. Be involved in projects with our Civil Engineering Team and be part of a growing organization that meets our clients' objectives and addresses their challenges. Your Impact Project/Design

  • Perform professional civil task lead work on transportation projects for clients in the Pacific Mountain West District (Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Montana, Idaho, Alaska, Hawaii and Guam).
  • Provide guidance and leadership to junior team or project teams in order to achieve overall project objectives.
  • Work closely with clients to meet and exceed their expectations.
  • Support project managers to prepare, negotiate, and/or oversee scope, schedule and budget, changes and risk, as well as plans, specifications, estimates and/or bid packages.
  • Maintain quality assurance/quality control, ensuring that cost, schedule, and quality objectives are met for engineering activities and are commensurate with quality standards and client requirements.
  • Work as an individual or as part of a cross-functional team of engineers to help drive the project team to deliver technically sound engineering solutions in an efficient manner with a focus on quality.
