A Maintenance Technician II oversees the day-to-day maintenance operations of assigned properties. The Maintenance Technician is a key member that ensures the upkeep and safety of the property and will jump in and work alongside the team. Work involves indoor and outdoor environments and flexibility to adapt to unplanned events, while remaining resourceful and efficient.

Works in coordination with the Property Management team to ensure the maintenance teams deliver safe, appropriate and sanitary housing to all our residents.

• Contribute to caring and positive working and living environments for all employees and residents
