Maintenance Welder/Fabricator

Description Summary/Objective Provide Welding / Fabricating expertise with the ability to make mechanical repairs in the Processing facilities working as a team member to make sure that food products are processed according to quality specifications and customer needs.

• Welding / Fabricating expertise with the ability to perform mechanical repairs to Processing Equipment that Produces Food Products for Customers
• Welding Skills: To include, but not be limited to, the use of an oxy-acetylene cutting torch, oxy-acetylene welding, copper pipe soldering, stick welding on mild steel as well as stainless steel, and TIG (Heli- Arc) welding of aluminum and stainless steel. The ability to draw/ draft and layout equipment conveyors, guards etc. for various processing equipment. Welding Certification for sanitary lines or Pressure Vessels would also be beneficial.
• Hydraulic Systems: To include, but not be limited to, hydraulic motors as well as pumps, pressure switches, directional flow control valves, check valves, hydraulic manifolds, as well as piping and hydraulic fittings.
• Pneumatics: To include but not be limited to, cylinders, air motors, control valves and piping, and an ability to interpret pneumatic schematics.
