Our team works closely with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations partners to improve visibility, reduce surprises, and drive more predictable business outcomes through disciplined governance and actionable intelligence. The Manager, Field Operations is a front-line people leader responsible for guiding a team of analysts who support demand visibility, forecast rigor, pipeline health, and field intelligence. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate, fact-based insights are delivered to business leaders while fostering strong partnerships with Sales and maintaining an independent Revenue Operations governance framework.
