Position Overview
The Asphalt Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of asphalt plant(s) and paving operations within the assigned region for HK Contractors. This role leads production, quality control, crew management, and logistics coordination to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
(Essential Duties And Functions) Safety & Compliance
- Champion a safety-first culture by enforcing CRH safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular safety audits, job site inspections, and training for plant and field personnel.
- Ensure compliance with MSHA, OSHA, DOT, and environmental regulations.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions. Operations Management
