As a Process Integration Engineer, you will work with an industry-leading team to enable advanced DRAM technologies in a manufacturing environment. This role offers hands-on experience in semiconductor process integration, electrical data analysis, yield optimization, and cross-functional problem solving.
You will have the opportunity to drive process improvements, influence product performance, and help accelerate technology scaling through engineering excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Enable next generation DRAM in the manufacturing Fab. Ramp up production yield and deliver high quality DRAM products to customers.
