Joseph J. Albanese, Inc. is seeking an experienced and dedicated Non-Union Concrete Superintendent at our Boise office to oversee and manage structural concrete projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidates will be responsible for supervising field operations, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining high-quality standards, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in concrete construction, and excellent communication skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise all aspects of on-site structural concrete construction activities, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and building codes.
  • Direct and oversee field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers, maintaining productivity and quality workmanship.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare daily reports, including work performed, labor hours, and materials used.
