Do you meet our minimum hiring standards ? Please check before applying. **THIS POSTING APPLIES TO LATERAL APPLICANTS ONLY. Applicants must have current Peace Officer POST certification and at least two (2) years’ field/patrol experience to qualify as a lateral transfer.

General Summary Prevents crime, enforces laws, protects against loss of life and property damage, and makes arrests, when needed. The incumbent uses their own judgment in the performance of duties, referring unusual, unique or complex issues to their sergeant for advice and guidance.

Shift Information

Shifts include day, swing, and night. Work schedule is 5 days on, 4 days off, 5 days on, 5 days off (includes one training day each month). Shift pick every six months.
