We are hiring a Process Integration (NPI) Engineer is responsible for the successful introduction of new photomask products, technologies, and customer designs from development through high-volume manufacturing. This role owns end-to-end mask process integration, ensuring seamless interaction between data prep, writing, etch, inspection, repair, and final quality while meeting CD, overlay, defectivity, cycle time, and cost targets. The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth in photomask processes, disciplined change control, and the ability to operate in a high-mix, low-volume, precision manufacturing environment where first-pass success is critical.
