Position Summary
The Ice Cream Production Quality Technician ensures that all ice cream products meet internal quality standards and comply with food safety regulations. This role involves monitoring production processes, conducting in-process and finished product testing, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction. Quality Control & Testing
- Perform routine sampling and testing of ice cream and frozen dessert products during production and post-packaging.
- Verify compliance with HACCP, SQF, FDA, and company-specific quality standards.
