As a Product Yield Enhancement (PYE) Lab Technician , you will play a critical role in supporting product yield improvement and failure analysis activities within Micron's Characterization Lab. You will operate advanced semiconductor test equipment, investigate product-related issues, perform data analysis, and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to drive product quality and reliability improvements. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern memory technologies while contributing to operational excellence, technical innovation, and ongoing ground breaking efforts.
