Quality Assurance Director

The quality assurance director will provide leadership and oversight of the companys Quality Assurance Program and Quality Management System. The Quality Assurance Director plays a key role in upholding product quality and regulatory compliance throughout the manufacturing processes.

This position supports project teams and customers to ensure the project meets quality standards, project requirements, and technical specifications.

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
• Plan and execute internal and external audits, surveillances, and gap analyses to verify regulatory compliance.
• Establish, update, and maintain the Nuclear Quality Assurance Manual and procedures aligned with ASME NQA-1, 10 CFR 50 Appendix B.
• Lead root cause analyses and manage corrective and nonconformance processes.
• Oversee supplier qualification, commercial-grade dedications, and vendor audits.
• Provide oversight of quality control and inspection activities throughout the manufacturing process.
• Deep familiarity with ASME NQA-1, 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR Part 21, 10 CFR 71 Sub-Part H, 10 CFR 72 Subpart G, 10 CFR 830, and DOE/NRC Guidelines.
