Position Summary

The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist/Technician is responsible for ensuring that products manufactured within EZARC's Off-Site Modularization (OSM) facility continue to meet customer specifications, company quality standards, engineering requirements, and applicable industry codes after they leave the OSM shop and are delivered to the project site. This role performs onsite inspections and quality verification throughout installation and turnover, identifies and documents quality concerns, verifies corrective actions, supports resolution of quality issues, and ensures completed work meets project requirements and EZARC's quality standards. The QA Specialist/Technician will work closely with project management, field supervision, subcontractors, and the client to maintain quality expectations and support continuous improvement from off-site manufacturing through onsite installation and final turnover.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Incoming Material Inspection

  • Inspect incoming raw materials, purchased components, hardware, and fabricated assemblies.
  • Verify materials against purchase orders, drawings, specifications, and certifications.
  • Review Material Test Reports (MTRs), Certificates of Compliance, and supplier documentation.
