Position Overview

The Quality Control Technician role is vital to the successful delivery of quality concrete to ongoing construction projects. The ideal candidate in this role will conduct routine tests to determine the quality of raw materials, ready mix concrete, and finished products helping to ensure compliance with quality standards To learn more about this specific role and get a feel for our company culture, watch this video: Quality Control Technician

Key Responsibilities

(Essential Duties And Functions)

  • Monitor production activities
  • Perform daily testing of concrete specimens
  • Perform pre-pour and post-pour inspections of precast/prestress concrete products
  • Take proactive steps to reduce/eliminate detailing operations
  • Ensure correct implementation of our QC program
  • Work with the engineering department to ensure drawings and products are consistent
