As an R&D Dry Etch Process Development Engineer, you will develop and optimize plasma dry etch processes for advanced memory technologies.
You will take ownership from early research through pilot line execution and global process transfer. Experienced engineers in this role drive multi‑area technology roadmaps and influence Micron’s leadership in semiconductor manufacturing.
