Overview
Tiello has partnered with a highly successful S tructural Steel Engineering Firm on their search for a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex structural steel projects from pre-construction through closeout. Role Summary: The Senior Project Manager will be a key driver of the company's collaborative project delivery process, overseeing multiple projects while providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the Project Management team. This individual will be responsible for project management and execution through all phases of construction, including pre-construction, detailing, fabrication, delivery, erection, and closeout.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, transparent, highly organized, and capable of creating clarity in uncertain or complex project situations. In addition to managing their own projects, this individual will mentor and guide Project Managers while ensuring consistency in project delivery, profitability, schedule performance, document management, and client satisfaction.
