Senior Engineering Project Manager

As a Senior Engineering Project Manager, you will lead small to large capital projects at the Twin Falls, Idaho facility. This role is responsible for executing capital projects within an active manufacturing environment, requiring strong ownership, decision-making, and the ability to independently drive projects forward with minimal oversight. This is a high-impact role for a self-directed project leader who has strong accountability, strategic thinking, and the ability to move projects forward despite uncertainty.

The successful candidate will confidently take ownership, make critical decisions, and provide leadership to ensure capital projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget with minimal oversight. **This is an onsite position at the Twin Falls, ID facility.
