The Manufacturing Alignment Engineering (MAE) team, which is organized under Operation Central Team (OCT), focuses on establishing training, practices, alignment programs, and team/talent management to enable virtual clustered scale across the network.

This includes using suppliers to achieve benchmark manufacturing performance, discovering and implementing equipment and process best known methods (BKM), optimizing equipment utilization, reducing cash costs and labor inefficiencies, and prioritizing and completing continuous improvement projects globally. As a Senior Manager, Front End Manufacturing Alignment at Micron Technology, Inc., you will manage a team of Manufacturing Alignment Engineers and OCT Total Productivity Management (TPM) Program managers, focusing on their performance and career development.
