McAlvain has an opportunity for a Sr. Project Manager – Commercial to join their team of professionals in Boise, ID. INTERPERSONAL

  • Lead, mentor, and develop project teams including safety, superintendents, project managers, and project engineers.
  • Foster and maintain rapport with owner, design, subcontractor and agency groups.
  • Assist teams in working through challenging situations, while balancing urgency and thoroughness.
  • Leverage experience of self and others to help identify alternative solutions/approaches focused on resolving issues
