The Support Technician works under direct supervision and assists with basic tasks while learning industry standards, safety procedures, and company protocols.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist service technicians with maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of fire sprinkler systems.
- Use hand tools and testing equipment under direct supervision.
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Observe and learn proper service and repair techniques.
- Support documentation and reporting processes as directed.
- Work collaboratively with team members on active job sites.
- Perform tasks as directed does not independently perform jobs.
- Travel to job sites as required.
- Other duties as assigned by management. Education/Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No minimum experience is required.
- Must be able to follow instructions and work under direct supervision.
