Founded by a team of passionate outdoor enthusiasts and experienced guides, Wild Idaho Expeditions is dedicated to showcasing the stunning landscapes and rich ecological diversity that Idaho has to offer. Based out of Boise, our guides have spent years exploring the remote backcountry, possessing decades of experience off-roading on motorcycles, 4x4s, and UTVs. Visitors will gain access to hidden gems of Idaho that most travelers never see.

At Wild Idaho Expeditions, adventure seekers are invited to experience the wilds of Idaho like never before. Participants will journey along almost forgotten pathways through vast high desert regions where wild horses, antelope, and mule deer are often spotted. Guides will share tales of the past as they lead visitors to ancient petroglyphs created by indigenous tribes, as well as remnants of old homesteads and mines that reflect the iron-willed perseverance of those who once scratched out a hard living in the rugged landscape.

For those looking for an extended adventure, Wild Idaho Expeditions offers multi-day expeditions where the motto is ‘run fast and run light.’ Each day culminates in a primitive campsite setup, where guests can share stories from the day over a fire while enjoying hot food. Participants can roll out their bedrolls or hang hammocks to sleep under the stars. Mornings begin with a wake-up call from guides, who will prepare breakfast and serve a hot cup of coffee or tea. After breakfast, there will be a briefing on the next trail, followed by a call to pack up and check all machines. Once everything is set, adventure seekers will be off for another day filled with fast-paced fun!
