Northwest Realty Group

Northwest Realty Group remains the leading independently owned real estate company in North Idaho, serving Kootenai and Bonner counties. Annually, they sell over $200 million in real estate. Committed to delivering exceptional client experiences in a dynamic marketplace, their experienced agents prioritize professionalism, integrity, and outstanding customer service.

The teams in Coeur d'Alene and Sandpoint specialize in residential homes, vacant land, waterfront properties, development, new construction, and commercial sales and leasing. Founded in 2012 by top local real estate agents, Northwest Realty Group was created with the vision of offering a more personalized customer experience. They are eager to assist clients in navigating the market, whether that's determining a home's value, identifying great investment properties, or helping clients find their new home.

The brokerage takes pride in supporting the North Idaho communities they serve by contributing to various local youth charities. Leslie is a real estate agent licensed in both Idaho and Washington with over ten years of residential real estate sales.
