Hayden Homes is a privately owned production builder founded in Redmond, Oregon, in 1989. It sells new homes in Idaho’s Treasure Valley, with communities in Nampa, Meridian, Caldwell, Kuna, Star, and Boise, and also builds in Oregon, Washington, and Montana. Treasure Valley buyers can tour current Hayden Homes neighborhoods such as Harvest Creek in Nampa, Pebblebrook in Meridian, Shadow Glen in Caldwell, Trident Ridge in Star, and Bellaro Springs in Kuna.
Plans are marketed as value-oriented Craftsman-style new construction with an online design-and-buy process. From first-time buyers to move-up families, Hayden Homes is one of the Northwest’s best-known production builders now active across the Boise metro.
