Associate Estimator

You MUST live within a commutable distance to this location to be considered. This role is ideal for an estimator who has already gained experience estimating commercial construction projects while working for a commercial general contractor and is ready to continue developing within a collaborative and fast paced environment. The Junior Estimator will work closely with Senior Estimators and Preconstruction Managers to prepare accurate estimates, perform quantity takeoffs, evaluate subcontractor proposals, and support the preconstruction process from conceptual budgeting through final bid submission.

• Assist with preparing conceptual and detailed construction estimates
• Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings and specifications
• Solicit, review, and analyze subcontractor and supplier proposals
• Prepare bid packages and scope comparisons
• Review plans, specifications, and contract documents
