This individual will oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, with a strong emphasis on ground up commercial and industrial tilt up construction. The ideal candidate is an organized leader who can manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client relationships, and multiple project stakeholders while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety.

What You'll Do

  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasting
  • Lead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Coordinate procurement and subcontractor buyout activities
  • Partner closely with field Superintendents to ensure schedule and quality expectations are achieved
  • Monitor project costs, billing, cash flow, and financial performance
  • Identify and proactively resolve project risks and challenges
