Job Description onsemi is seeking a manufacturing CFA (Color Filter Array) Equipment Tool Owner with onsemi in Nampa, who is responsible for equipment in their assigned area to ensure the work environment is safe, following safety policies and guidelines, ensuring equipment availability (Ae) is meeting target performance, and that maintenance activities are completed per plan and on time. This equipment supports the manufacture of CMOS Image Sensors.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities for a CFA DryEtch/Wet Process Tool Owner:
- Dry Etch equipment includes:
- SPTS Versalis CVD and Etch cluster platform
- PSK Supra VM
- Axcelis Fusion Radiant Strip platform
- Axcelis Fusion Gemini Enhanced Strip platform
- Wet Process equipment includes:
- DNS FC-821L Wet Hood
- Steag AWP Wet Hood
- Thin Films
- Olympus microscopes
- Dektak Profilometer
- Goniometer
- Ensure that all Dry Etch/Wet Process equipment and any other equipment in their area of responsibility is properly maintained (preventive maintenance and repairs) and released back to production in a production-worthy state.
- Ensure that safe work practices are being used to maintain equipment and any required work instructions include use of proper protocols for safety (includes LOTO and interlock control)
- Maintain work instructions and procedures for the CFA manufacturing equipment team to utilize in their maintenance efforts
