The site also supports NxEdge's Small Hole Drilling Automation Line capability, a strategically important process for gas distribution components and other high-precision semiconductor applications. Small Hole Drilling requires strong operational discipline, process consistency, quality control, and close partnership across engineering, production, quality, maintenance, and customer-facing teams. The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the site engineering function, aligning technical resources with business priorities, and driving disciplined execution of engineering projects that support operational performance, customer requirements, and strategic growth.
