Summary The Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Trainee participates in a structured traineeship program designed to develop the technical knowledge, troubleshooting capability, and hands-on skills required to become a qualified E&I Technician.
Under the guidance of experienced technicians and subject matter experts, trainees learn to install, maintain, troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair electrical, instrumentation, automation, and manufacturing systems in a safe and efficient manner. Successful completion of the traineeship program prepares employees for advancement into an E&I Technician role.
