Job Purpose The Environmental Technician is responsible to support the implementation of Idahoan Foods environmental and sustainability programs, ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
You will be responsible for all of the required environmental sampling and monitoring and ensuring that these requirements are met in a timely manner. You will be responsible to ensure that key personnel are trained and engaged in the mission of the EHS Department
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for sampling plans and improvements related to local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
- Assist with operational and compliance activities, inspections, and reporting associated with environmental programs, including wastewater, drinking water, hazardous materials, hazardous waste, air quality, and stormwater management.
- Preparation of draft regulatory reports.
- Ensure the timely collection and analysis of environmental samples.
