Fieldhouse Supervisor

The Fieldhouse Supervisor is responsible for providing on-site supervision of Broulim's Fieldhouse during scheduled operating hours. This position helps ensure the facility is welcoming, safe, clean, and used in accordance with established Fieldhouse policies and procedures.

• Check-in guests upon arrival and verify appropriate reservations when necessary.
• Provide friendly and helpful assistance to Fieldhouse guests.
• Ensure guests follow all Fieldhouse rules, policies, and safety expectations.
• Monitor courts, turf areas, batting cages, and other spaces to ensure guests are only using areas they have reserved.
• Help maintain an orderly and safe environment throughout the facility.
• Perform light janitorial duties, including picking up trash, basic cleaning, and helping keep common areas, courts, and activity spaces clean and presentable.
• Report facility, equipment, safety, or maintenance concerns to the appropriate district personnel.
• Secure the facility and complete established opening or closing procedures as assigned.

The successful candidate should be dependable, responsible, comfortable interacting with the public, and able to enforce facility rules in a courteous and professional manner. The position requires the ability to work independently and provide positive customer service to students, employees, families, and community members.

Part-time position with hours based on Fieldhouse operating and rental schedules. Early morning, evening, and/or weekend availability may be required.

Operating hours in need of supervision:

• M-TH 5:30 am- 7:30 am, 6:30pm-9:30 pm
• Friday 7:00 am-9:00 pm
• Saturday 7:00 am-12:00 pm
