Responsibilities And Duties

  • Extensive Material Knowledge: Proficient in various painting materials and application methods, with a solid grasp of quality control and material management.
  • Goal-Oriented Leadership: Possesses strong organizational and analytical skills, focusing on achieving set goals.
  • Effective Crew Management: Demonstrates ability to lead crews of 5-10 individuals safely and productively; assist in the continuous training and development of field staff.
  • Surface Preparation and Painting: Capable of preparing, priming, sanding, sealing, and painting multiple surfaces using diverse materials such as varnish, lacquer, shellac, enamel…
