Responsibilities And Duties
- Utilize basic computer applications and estimating software programs such as On-Screen Takeoff, Quick Bid, and Excel to prepare professional written bids for projects of various size and scope.
- Conduct scope analysis verification and pre-bid walkthroughs, as well as on-site evaluations after project award.
- Create accurate estimated proposals that include the work scope along with pertinent clarifications and/or exclusions related to the bid submission.
