We are seeking a driven, hands-on Metrology Inspector to join our ever-growing company and team.

Role And Responsibilities

(Includes But Not Limited To) This person works under limited supervision and provides support by checking parts against established blueprint specifications. Will also maintain documentation on all inspections and may prepare reports for review.

  • Reviews blueprints, drawings, or engineering specifications to obtain critical dimensions and part specifications.
  • Analyses/Verifies/Measures parts to ensure compliance to specifications by using test or measuring equipment and applying industry standards and /or GD&T.
  • Completes forms and reports to record and communicate test findings.
  • Provides documentation to ensure compliance to any and all requirements and certifications.
  • May assist in the calibration of test and measuring equipment.
  • May serve as a team member on product in-process control, inspection, or problem solving.
  • May perform other related tasks as assigned.
